Our experience in coordinating the implementation and development of mobile applications has enabled us to create a solution with features that greatly enhance the quality of service for residents and cultivate enduring relationships with them.

Moreover, we have gained valuable insights from observing the daily behaviours of tens of thousands of users who interact with the solutions we have already implemented.

This applies to setting priorities—suggestions for residents to choose from, colour schemes, layouts, and functionalities. We specialise in the end product, which is the outcome of our collaborative efforts that are ultimately visible on residents' smartphones.

The Happy City App remains an internal name used among us and the local authorities, and we are eager to facilitate the process of engaging residents in developing the most pleasant and user-friendly name for the new urban application.

Residents in this age group often seek quick ways to handle their own and their families’ administrative matters. They intuitively look for information on their smartphones, and the ability to manage their calendars and communicate with public administration from their phones feels natural to them. Proper service for residents in this regard significantly enhances quality of life. This means that today’s smartphones are an immensely important tool for conveying information and building relationships between the CITY and its RESIDENTS.

Our application is also a response to the challenges faced by modern cities. A SMART CITY is one that can effectively utilise technology in the service of its residents and reduce the time necessary for essential contact with local administration. Integrated and accessible information in one place ensures the best possible service, and the functionality of the mobile application, enhanced with artificial intelligence modules, allows for maximum relief for residents from tasks while simultaneously optimising the workload in the area of direct service at the office.
